Slice of Life — March 21: Travel Trailers

Today my husband, Wesley, and I spent several hours looking at travel trailers. We think we might like to own one someday and at one point thought about trying to buy one this spring break. After lots of looking, I think we’ve decided to wait until we know what we really want. There are so many options and so much to think about that it can truly become overwhelming! We want something that Wesley and his little sister can enjoy, but also know that it will be a few years before either of them will be able to truly use or appreciate some of the elements of the trailers we looked at. Then there’s the matter of finding a place to store it, possibly purchasing a membership to an RV park, and the cost of the initial purchase of the trailer itself. It was fun to look and think about enjoying our time camping someday, but I have to admit, it was also confusing and I was pretty tired when we were finished!
